Job description
This position is designed to gain experience in managing all aspects of the Supply Chain execution. Assists in the training and improvement of the department to achieve company goals in service and sales. The position may include rotation and or interfacing with sales, customer service, distribution, repair, transportation, materials management, controlling, repair and other areas at corporate headquarters. Responsible for leading the team to high levels of performance. You will develop knowledge in all areas of supply chain by participating in cross-functional activities/projects and assignments as directed by senior management.
This is a developmental position to gain bandwidth in logistics distribution or repair management, transport functionality, process integration, reporting, procurement and inventory control.
Qualifications
• 3 years of logistics experience or a related Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong Microsoft and PC skills; including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and relational databases.
• Strong Analytical skills and mathematical aptitude required
• SAP knowledge preferred
• Must be detail oriented and well organized
• Comfortable working with strict deadlines
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• High level of motivation, customer focus, and a continuous improvement mentality required
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage Team members’ performance and development based on department needs.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Mobility within the US is required
