II.Job Seekers and Employers and Recruiters

Logjobs does not guarantee employers that job seekers will respond to their inquiries about logistics positions.Logjobs does not guarantee job seekers that any employer will consider them for any open logistics job.

 Job seekers who submit their resumes agree to the following:

          1.Job seeker’s use of Logjobs is for the sole purpose of posting his/her resume for consideration by employers in the logistics/supply chain industry who post              jobs and/or subscribe for access to LogJobs database of logistics professionals.

          2.Job seekers who elect to post their resume in a confidential format agree to provide contact information in the resume builder however only the email address
              will be visible on the resume. Such persons agree to contact employers and/or recruiters that may request to reach them via email. If you feel your email address               could potentially reveal your identity, we encourage you to set up an alternate anonymous email address for use with your resume with Logjobs and other resume               boards that you utilize.

          3.Job seekers who wish to apply to jobs posted with Logjobs but do not wish to post their resumes with Logjobs may do so by marking their resume "Private" in
              the apply area of the job they desire to apply to.

          4.Job seekers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their resume. Logjobs may edit formatting of pasted resumes and may remove duplicate contact
              information if included with pasted resumes.

          5.LogJobs does not provide warranty of accuracy of employer information or employer behavior and disclaims responsibility for any breaches of security relating
              to the Internet.

          6.LogJobs makes no recommendation or endorsement of any entity advertised or referred to on Logjobs.

III.Indemnification: Job seekers

Job seekers understand that the use of any information obtained by way of Logjobs is at their own risk. Job seekers hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logjobs from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and costs resulting directly or indirectly from job seeker’s use of Logjobs.

IV.Indemnification: Employers

Employers understand that the use of any information obtained by way of LogJobs is at their own risk. LogJobs makes no representation or warranty of any kind relating to job seekers’ information, experience background or character. LogJobs offers no express or implied warranties of any kind, nor express or implied warranty of merchantability of services or products, or express or implied warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

Logjobs prefers payment be made by credit card and Logjobs accepts all major credit cards. Logjobs has been issued a QuickSSL certificate to enable server security.

In the event that we bill you as an alternate method, payment by invoice is due upon receipt. Invoices past due more than 30 days subject to additional charges @ 1.5% per month pro rated by the number of days past 30.

All sales are final.

V.Venue

Users agree that regardless of conflicts, New Jersey law shall govern this Agreement. Any dispute arising out of or
relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the federal and state courts in New Jersey.

VI. All newspapers and other accredited media (print, web, TV, radio) may treat most of LogJobs' content as a newswire provided credit is given to LogJobs.

VII.Logjobs ("LogJobs") and any sites that link to or from LogJobs are accessible worldwide to anyone with Internet access. Access to and use of the LogJobs website and service are subject to the Terms of Use as well as all applicable laws and regulations, including laws and regulations governing copyright and trademark. By accessing the LogJobs site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, all of the terms of use. LogJobs reserves the right to change the Terms of Use. The changes will appear on this screen. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. DISCUSSION BOARDS AND PUBLIC COMMUNICATION Discussion Board means a chat area, message board, or e-mail function offered as part of LogJobs Site. If you participate in a Discussion Board within LogJobs, you must not:
1.defame, abuse, harass or threaten others;
2. make any bigoted, hateful or racially offensive statements;
3. advocate illegal activity or discuss illegal activities with the intent to commit them;
4. post or distribute any material that infringes and/or violates any right of a third party or any law;
5. post or distribute any vulgar, obscene, discourteous or indecent language or images;
6. advertise or sell to, or solicit others;
7. use the Discussion Board for commercial purposes of any kind;
8. post or distribute any software or other materials which contain a virus or other harmful component; or
9. post material or make statements that do not generally pertain to the designated topic or them of any chat room or bulletin board.

We reserve the right to remove or edit content from any discussion board at any time and for any reason.
